Full Body Workout Challenge


Set a goal and achieve it! In this full body fitness challenge workout, we have set a goal per cycle for each exercise for you to achieve. Finish early, extra rest! Don’t finish in time, set that as your new goal to beat each cycle!

Equipment Needed:
None

5 minute warmup 

Each round is 4 cycles 30 seconds each, 15 seconds rest between each cycle and 1 minute rest after each round. 

Round 1 — Push Ups 
Round 2 — In and Outs
Round 3 — V-Ups 
Round 4 — High Knees
Round 5 — Jab Cross
Round 6 — Bicycles
